Paris has no shortage of chinese restaurants but for our latest installment in “The Plate” post series, we stopped by one of my fave soup and noodles joint in Paris; Happy Noodles in the 3rd arrondissement.
Happy Noodles is about fresh made Chinese noodles. Right before your eyes ( if you want to see the whole thing from start to finish) you’ll see the dough getting measured, mixed and kneaded then stretched into noodles for your soup.

This photo is of the Pork Ribs Soup; it was delicious with the meat falling off the bones and sprinkled with fresh herbs. It’s my second favorite soup here, first being the Shrimp ravioli soup. They also serve non-soup dishes as well, and the prices are very reasonable ranging between 6 and 8 euros.
