A new burger restaurant has opened up not too far from Le Carillon et Le petit Cambodge – across from the Hotel St. Louis. American Kitchen, as the name suggests serves american (comfort) food.
In the Canal St Martin area you’ll find an array of places to eat and hang out but I beleive this is the first one with North American cuisine similar to what you’d find at home. I mean, I even saw Spare Ribs on the menu!

No reservations were needed and the atmosphere was quite relaxed with people drinking and smoking on the terrace and a semi-full resto with a plesant staff inside.
My friends and I all had burgers – great minds eat alike – lol. The portions were big and the fries yummy. And to top it off the cheesecake and carrot cake were divine.
Cocktails around 7eu – Cuba Libre , Amreicano, Apple Martini, the likes.
