TO DRINK – ?LA CHAMBRE NOIRE

Recently I’m really feeling the relaxed vibe of this new wine bar right beside Cafe Chilango. On Tuesday nights chef Mardi has a rotating theme night that draws many expat locals and open minded Parisians to mingle, eat and drink a hand selection of natural wines.
Address:?82 rue de la folie m?ricourt, Paris 75011

TO EAT – EAST MAMMA

I know I may get a backlash for this one – but here I go!. ?Yes, we’re in France and french cuisine is supreme – but just in case you tire of that here’s a great option! … EAST MAMMA – it’s italian food at its best in Paris. You may have to wait 15 minutes in a line to get in – but once you’re in you’ll taste why. It’s nice for a romantic dinner date or just to hang with friends. ?The truffle pasta was so fragrant and yummy, the mozzarella the best I’ve had in my entire life! And with a group of 4 friends we finished two bottles of the table wine!
Address:?133 Rue du Faubourg Saint-Antoine, 75011 Paris

TO STAY – TERRASS HOTEL

There is a new hotel in Montmartre – well , not new to us locals, it’s just been given a facelift. But you simply couldn’t ask for a better location to be close to a touristy area(Sacre Coeur /// btw, pronunciation “Sak-Reh-Qher///) all while discovering local life in Pigalle and Montmartre. MyParisianlife approved.
