If you?re a movie buff you?re no doubt one of those people who love old world movie theatres and independent films.? You?re in luck as next month, November 27th to be exact in Paris will welcome the opening of the Paris Independent Film Festival in historic?Montmartre?Cine 13 theatre.

And we are giving away 4 tickets to the world premiere of one of our picks at the festival Timeless by German film maker Alexander?Tuschinski. The indie-film is in English/German with English subtitles, it appeals to us Anglophones in Paris.

About the festival:?Now in its 2nd year the festival is a hub for emerging talent in Europe and is a place where many respected producers look to support the indie movie market. Last year they had 36 participants from all over the world.

About the location:?Cine 13 is one of Paris most iconic movie cinemas on the hill of Montmartre artist neighborhood, close to?Moulin?Rouge. Rebuilt in 1983 by French writer and director?Claude?Lelouch?to screen many of his own films such as Edith et Marcel. No doubt you?ll find many of the locals at the film festival as well as visitors from everywhere.

About the director and film:?The film is written and directed by acclaimed German experimental and comedic film director Alexander?Tuschinski, whose previous works have been compared to the early works of Woody Allen and were screened / awarded at numerous international film festivals?world wide.

An unusual German comedy film starring American actors like Harry?Lennix?(The Blacklist, Batman v Superman) and Rick Shapiro (Project X) along international screen legends (Helmut Berger,?Zachi?Noy) and more than 50 German actors, this independent German feature-film comedy about the nature of power and ideologies is unlike most mainstream films today. It has no specific Genre. Instead, it surprises the viewer in every moment: Scenes of slapstick-comedy intercut with anarchist moments.
