A new 5-star hotel opened near to metro Bastille this last January here in Paris. The best is it’s location to the best of this area of Paris; all the charm in the old bistro, new restaurants, close to the Marais trendy neighborhood and perfect spot to have a luxurious home away from home feel.
The rooms are larger for Parisian standards, with some even having 3 rooms and a garden. Very rare for Paris!
The restaurant is the new home of David Lahner, known for his fresh market cuisine.
I loved the decor “épuré” of the hotel and restaurant that also have a little-hidden patio area open when the weather is warm and lovely.
The bar is the thing of Architectural Digest magazine dreams! Here you can enjoy around 10 kinds of signature cocktails by Nico de Soto.
There’s even a dedicated wine room where you can also enjoy a some of the best alcohols and cigars.
The 53 room hotel has family rooms and many with a private terrace.
