Bon weekend!*
Drinking coffee in your local cafe and reading your favorite magazine (or newspaper) is a major pastime here in Paris. I’ve learned to indulge in the smaller pleasures in life like a good cup of cafe allonge, with a butter croissant and some reading material while people watching from the Cafe terrace.
Small pleasures
Presently I’m reading, and enjoying Vivre Paris – a magazine about events and culture in Paris. It comes our quarterly but is chock full of little nuggets about some of the coolest new places and best places to eat. This summer issue has a special feature on the 20th Arrondissement, summer outdoor happenings and free things to do in Paris.
