Final Thoughts on avoiding tourist traps

If you have to eat around the Eiffel Tower, these are the places I truly recommend. They’ll give you the best value for your money and are far less likely to feel like tourist traps. I’ve carefully curated this list so you can enjoy Paris the way locals do.

To be honest, most Parisians -myself included –don’t eat much around the Eiffel Tower because so many restaurants nearby serve mediocre food at inflated prices. But the spots I’ve shared here are different. These are places I trust, places I’ve eaten at myself, and where I’d happily take friends and family when they visit.

I want you to love Paris as much as I do living here -to have those magical foodie moments where the food, the wine, and the view all come together perfectly.
