Today, though, the city has embraced gluten-free living with open arms, offering a wealth of options that make eating out both safe and delicious.
As someone who lives in Paris, eats and tours for a living, I understand the importance of finding the right spots, especially when dietary restrictions are in play. While I do eat gluten, I often enjoy low or no-gluten meals as part of managing a fibroid condition through my diet. With that in mind, let me take you on a tour of the best gluten-free bakeries, pâtisseries, and restaurants in Paris right now.
