Paris has no shortage of chinese restaurants but for our latest installment in "The Plate" post series, we stopped by one of my fave soup and noodles joint in Paris; Happy Noodles in the 3rd arrondissement. Happy Noodles is about fresh made Chinese noodles. Right before your eyes ( if you want to see the whole thing from start to finish) you'll see the dough getting measured, mixed and kneaded then stretched into noodles for your soup. There are many places to have fresh seafood in Barcelona, no doubt. But one of the last places I'd think to get a great meal would be in an inconspicuous local Market in the Garcia area at a stall of a fish vendor in the Mercat de la Llibertat.
