Coco & Co Paris France
When Coco & Co opened its doors last year in Paris, many people took note of this little eatery, because not only was the food good, but the concept was so well executed; no detail was left coincidental between the menu and the decor. There’s no ambiguity here, its all about eggs and poultry (from the egg shaped lights to the porcelain egg shaped salt shakers.
Update – 2013 – They are now called Eggs & Co.
LET’s be FACEBOOK FRIENDS.
The concept was so simple that many people even wondered if such a restaurant could maintain. That they have and, with a menu that centers around all things having to do with eggs ( there are non egg recipes as well though). Right now its perfect for a summer day lunch , Sunday brunch or a break from a day shopping in the boutique heavy neighborhood.
Nicely tucked in on an almost hidden street in the middle of the 6th arrondisment, you’ll love the decor, food and tranquility of this chic and tiny two story eatery. Perfect for the vacationing family its chock full of little delights to please the entire family.
You’ll feel right at hone, literally, as stylist turned restaurant owner Celine has decorated the eatery to be family friendly, yet still mature enough to have a business lunch. The stylish intereiors follows a white, red and black theme with even a fake chicken farm on the top floor! Imagine black chalk tabletops where the children ( or the big kids in us) can let there creativity flow while waiting for brunch? Not bad eh.
I especially loved the eggs Benedict with lavender seeds on a salad with roasted potatoes. The homemade yogurt was divine!
