It’s the consistency in service and quality coffee that makes l’ex Kooka Boora one of the best coffee shops in Paris. Not only have I tried everything on the menu from the flat white, cappuccino to chai, I’ve never been disappointed. All the food is prepared right there, from the moist carrot cake to the seasonal soups, salads, sandwiches and fresh juices. At any given time of the day you’ll be surrounded by folks mingling, laughing or working on their laptops.

One of the few coffeeshops that are actual Coffee Roasters and have a large seating area.
I’m talking large space with leather sofas, old tables and chair make way for a rustic mix of exposed concrete walls with hanging art work from neighborhood artists of the 18th arrondissement. Stock up on coffee machines or sign up for one of their coffee classes. Try the coffee beer – it’s really good!

Hands down some of the best made coffee in Paris. Space is tiny, 2 floor, but super cute. In the summer time they make the best iced coffee to cool you off as you walk over to go sit in the sun along the canal.
Best to run into other “Hipster” types in Paris.

King of the left bank coffee scene Coutume reign supreme as coffee roasters and one of the best places to drink coffee in a cosy atmosphere. On the weekends the brunches are a killer.

Best newcomer. The mix of devotion to give the best coffee and food under one roof has been a big objective that has already seem to be paying off for Holybelly. The diner has a friendly bi-lingual?team. We love the Monster pin ball machine in the back; ?great for the big kid in all of us!? With the consistently good coffee and ever evolving menu selection of American, Australian and french type makes the spot a new home for hipsters in Paris.
