Exciting News!

I know so many of my readers, friends, and family are stateside so I’m so happy to finally share that I wrote an article in partnership with Travel & Leisure on the best way to enjoy the French Lifestyle in NYC.

It was truly divine timing as I’ve been slowing down a lot to simply live in the now, appreciate my family more and so much of the topics I covered are linked to little pleasures around wellness.

For example, how to enjoy a picnic like a Parisian, shopping at the farmers market and the art of the “gouter” 🙂 – coincidently lots of topics are also around food.

But Julia Child puts it best “People who love to eat are always the best people.” right?
