Japanese Bento canteen styled restaurant Nanashi has been on the lips of many as of late - and needless to say as a lover of Bentos I had to try it out. Let me give you guys the low-down from this weeks' quick lunch visit. Paris has no shortage of chinese restaurants but for our latest installment in "The Plate" post series, we stopped by one of my fave soup and noodles joint in Paris; Happy Noodles in the 3rd arrondissement. Happy Noodles is about fresh made Chinese noodles. Right before your eyes ( if you want to see the whole thing from start to finish) you'll see the dough getting measured, mixed and kneaded then stretched into noodles for your soup.
