THINGS TO DO IN PARIS ? [MAY 2017]
May in Paris is one of the best times to visit – because there are all these long weekends when many Parisians are away and you can have the city with a bit more room to roam, but I should warn that it?s also one of the months where the rain is a bit unpredictable (but temperatures generally start to increase – so let the un-layering begin!

Croque Monsieur and Ceasar Salad at Chez Jeannette
Oh this month there are so many places I?m loving:
La Meduse is a seafood restaurant along Quai Valmy that has a great selection of wine – but the COCKTAIL bar is out of this world too.

Chez Jeannette for a good ole Croque Monsieur has been a favorite of my son and I for years and I love the Caesar salad there.

Glou in the Marais has renovated their already charming interior with a stunning Bar – but the best seat is still out front when the sun is out – overlooking a trendy area of the neighbourhood and small park. The food is Italian and the coffee is strong. Fixed price menu for around 20 Euros!

Lot of Wine close to the Seine river has been one of my secret spots to go under the radar and have GREAT wine with a platter of cheese or sausage. If you?re in the mood for a romantic night along the seine you can borrow some glasses from them and go for a wander with your bottle.

This month we saw the unveiling of Art / Afrique at the Fondation Louis Vuitton and to say that this group show bringing together lesser known art as well as well-known artist is so rich and colorful with cinematic presentations, sculptures, photography and paintings on all floors!
