Le Rosie is a new bar freshly opened in the 18th Arrondissement, on Rue Muller a stones throw away from the foot of Sacre Coeur and in a triangle with other more established Bars such as La Chope du Chateau Rouge and Cafe Au Claire de Lune a few feet away.
