The Oberkampf neighbourhood of Paris has no shortage of places to chill and enjoy a good burger at the same time. Case in point; La Royale. Paris has no shortage of chinese restaurants but for our latest installment in "The Plate" post series, we stopped by one of my fave soup and noodles joint in Paris; Happy Noodles in the 3rd arrondissement. Happy Noodles is about fresh made Chinese noodles.
