Coffee in Paris: Broken Biscuits Pastry Shop
We have another good coffee spot to add to out list here in Paris my loves!
Recently discovered this little gem in the 11th arrondissement – Pere Lacahise area. ?I think I’m a bit late to sharing this one – but bear with me please as I play catch up!
Close to a?quaint little park, on what feels like one of those small streets in a Woody Allen film with typical Parisian brick road, you’ll come up on a tiny space, with a glass wall. ?After pushing back the door you’ll either smell the warmest fragrance of coffee and the pastries of the day. ? On this particular?weekend – I was struck by the rich smell of the in-house made Sausage rolls ( which I’ll have to try next time!).

I grabbed a filtered coffee to-go with a group of pals and we chilled at the park – Square?Maurice Gardette. ?One a side note – ?I think one of us asked for a cappuccino and they didn’t do coffee with milk! So for real specialty coffee freaks you can get your fix here – undiluted.
You may already know Chris and Christina’s pastries from other coffee shops like – Honor, Steel, Fondation and Loustic, where they would supply way before opening their own spot summer this year. ?They’re focused on exquisite pastries – you can see the difference as soon as you enter (of if you’ve already tried their pastries at one of the aforementioned cafes – you know what I mean! )
I for one am super happy to be able to have a wider range of sweet things to try than just cookies and muffins with a warm cup of joe. Looking forward to going back and trying more next time.
